Certificate of Free Sale Documents verify products being exported are freely marketed in the Republic of China at the moment. The Free Sale Certification is also needed the authorization from the embassy of the destination country. Your company name, address, and products you order must be stated in the document. If the details are wrong or are changed, product delivery may delay. |

The Bill of Lading (BOL,or B/L) is the document issued by a carrier to a shipper to inform that your products have been received on board as cargos and to delivery at the destination stated in the B/L. It shows the product name and quantity, the container number, the ship name, the ship leaving date, etc. |

The Packing List is a complete list of all the pieces loaded into containers. A shipper reserves the shipping space based on the gross weight or the measurement shown in the packing list. It also shows the container number and the goods detail( such as face mask) packed in each carton. Customs uses the packing list as a check-list to verify the outgoing cargo (in exporting) and the incoming cargo (in importing). |

The Packing Declaration is required for Australia importer. The Packing Declaration verifies what kind of packing materials has been used. Packing declarations have replaced the requirements for shipping companies to provide quarantine codes on manifests and/or bills of lading. |
